What’s pulling Power?

The pneumatic rivet nut gun does not have the parameter of PULLING POWER. Because its screw only rotates and does not move backward when it is working. PULLING POWER is the parameter of the fully automatic pulling pneumatic rivet gun that its screw will not only rotate but also move backward when it is working.

What is the largest size revit bit I can use with this?

M12 size, it’s a very strong.

What is rpm range?

According to package 200-2800 rpm free speed.

What air pressure do you need to run this gun?

Almost any compressor has the pressure to run any air tool where the "requirements" factor comes into play is volume measured in cfm. This riveter like a nailer is sn impulse tool as opposed to say a grinder which is constant rotation. Impulse tools require very little cfm only a small tank.You can probably get away with 3 or even 2 cfm and a gallon or two tank around 90-100 psi. A bit more than your average finishing nailer.

How tight of a space will this tool work in?

I’m in the auto mechanic business as well as use them on foreign cars such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi’s and more. You just need 1/2” clearance for the head. Their are also offset Heads you can change into this part as well which I’ve down.

I’ve NEVER had an issue with clearanceA, you just need to think and find the correct angle to attack your project at, or remove the part and use it rather then it being on the vehicle.

It does amazing work on window regulators that I’ve fixed with the door panel removed and used the Pneumatic Rivet Gun into the door. And it is simple to set fresh TIGHT rivets on those window regulators. Also used it on quite a few jeeps that wanted their Plastic like texture flairs installed with rivets. I would mark the holes with a dot after measuring and asking the customer how many rivets they want on it. Then drill the small tiny holes, or larger holes on the original fender flair, lime up the extended aftermarket fender flair, then river them in with the tool while the tires are installed. Afterwards I’d finish up with a cordless Dremel and cut the old factory fender flair 1/16” on the side right before it meets the new riveted extended version. Then use the cordless Dremel again with multiple flap tools to shave down the sharp edge and add matching paint along the bare exposed metal from the inner fender section that was cut.

Does this riveter have vacuum to hold the rivet in place before you pull the rivet?

No, but the shaft of the rivet fits snug enough into the rivet gun to stay put in most positions.

Have never used a rivet gun, but would like one that is good for general dyi projects, furniture design, art, etc. would this model be appropriate?

It’s pretty heavy duty and for small arts and crafts or furniture it may be a little large , maybe a small hand rivet gun would work better.
